All travel time will be charged at an hourly rate equal to the daily rate divided by eight (hours). Premium pay does not apply to travel time. |

When personnel are assigned on a 24 hour availability basis, such as sea trials, the standard charge will be based on a 12 hour day. |

|
The actual cost of plane, train, bus, taxi, rental cars, and tolls incurred by service personnel getting to and from the job site, will be charged to the customer. All company vehicles travel will be charged at the rate of $0.47 per mile for the actual mileage traveled. |

| Time
taken by service personnel to reach and return from
a job site (including waiting and delay time) will be charged. In the event of long travel periods the charge will be continuous unless a rest period in excess of 8 hours is available. |

| A $150.00 per diem will be charged for domestic subsistence, or reasonable and actual expenses (SLM Corp. Option), for personnel while at the job site and during travel to and from the site. This includes any days that personnel do not work but are required to remain on-site. | |||
| Travel and subsistence will include any charge not normal to domestic conditions, such as medical shots, airport tax, visa fees, special permits, etc. | |||
| A per diem will be charged for outside the continental United States for personnel while at the job site, including days when personnel do not work, but are required to remain on-site. The amount of this per diem will be determined by the location of the job site and will be established prior to start of travel. Federal Travel Regulations (FTR) rates and/or similar travel expense guideline criteria may be used to determine this allowance. | |||
| Prices do not include applicable sales, use, excise, or similar taxes. Any such tax Superior-Lidgerwood-Mundy Corp. (SLM Corp.) may be required to pay or to collect will be added to the invoice, unless the Buyer furnishes SLM Corp. with an appropriate tax exemption certificate that is acceptable to the taxing authority. | |||
| Any additional expense incidental to the service work being performed will be charged at actual cost plus a 15% handling charge, or the customer may elect to pay this expense directly. | |||
| Net 30 days after date of invoice. 1% per month interest is added to the invoice if payment is not received within 45 days from date of original invoice. | |||
